Golfers, Sponsors Sought for Restore Network’s Upcoming Golf Outing

MARION – The Restore Network will hold its inaugural Williamson Area Golf Outing on Friday, May 17 at 9 a.m. at Kokopelli Golf Club in Marion.

According to The Restore Network’s website, it was created to help the church respond. It links arms with those on the front lines of foster care through long-standing partnerships with child welfare agencies and court staff. But as a privately run organization, it can remain agile in its response to the foster care crisis, allowing it to respond in real time as Christ would.

Jordan Bird is The Restore Network’s Executive Director. Bird says The Restore Network is active in 11 counties throughout Illinois and has done this event before in the Alton area.

Bird says this is the first time the event is being held here.

Bird says golfers are needed and is open to more sponsors too.
