MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Friday, April 11, 2024.
Misty Copher, 46, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespassing in the 800 block of Main Street on April 9, 2024.
Bernard Cole, 40, of Marion was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the area of South Court Street and West Prairie Street on April 10, 2024.
Caleb McKinney, 21, of Herrin was arrested for Retail Theft and Resisting a Police Officer at Walmart on April 10, 2024.
Lawanda Kaegi, 39, of Marion was arrested for Battery in the 800 block of North Russell Street on April 10, 2024.
John O’Brien of Creal Springs was issued citations for Unlawful Display of License Plates and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle in the area of South Market Street and Lewis Avenue on April 10, 2024.
Cadence Collins, 30, of Marion was arrested for Failure to Reduce Speed, Driving on a Suspended License, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Possession of Methamphetamines in the 900 block of North Bentley Street on April 10, 2024.
