Marion Police Report

MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Wednesday, April 10, 2024.

Melissa Wilkerson, 46, of Benton was arrested for Retail Theft and Criminal Trespassing at Walmart on April 5, 2024.

Thomas Duffey, 61, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft and Criminal Trespassing at Roll N Up Liquor on April 5, 2024.

Alexander Wezdecki, 35, of Joliet was arrested for Aggravated Assault, Disorderly Conduct, Aggravated Battery, and Resisting Arrest on April 5, 2024.

Ashley Odum, 37, of Goreville was arrested for Retail Theft and Criminal Trespassing at Walmart on April 5, 2024.

Dana Stein, 45, of Murphysboro was arrested for Driving on a Suspended License, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Driving with a Suspended Registration, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of a Controlled Substance in the area of Miners Drive and Blue Heron Drive on April 6, 2024.

Hannah Hurst, 19, of Marion was arrested for Driving on a Suspended License in 900 block of West Cherry Street on April 6, 2024.

Eddie Webb, 36, of Marion was arrested for Theft in the 1200 block of West Enterprise Way on April 6, 2024.

Shane Shadowens, 42, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery, Interfering with Reporting Domestic Violence, and Resisting a Police Officer in the 600 block of Marylynn Drive on April 6, 2024.

Kelly Tickner, 33, of Pittsburg was arrested for Improper Lane Usage, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the area of North Fair Street and East Thompson Street on April 7, 2024.

Jeremy Shered, 36, of Carbondale was arrested for Domestic Battery and Resisting Arrest and Aggravated Battery to a Police Officer on April 7, 2024.

Aaron Johnson, 43, was arrested for Criminal Trespass to Property in the area of South Carbon Street and West Main Street on April 7 and April 8, 2024.

Garrett Grimes, 36, of Carbondale was issued citations for Driving on an Expired License and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle in the area of South Court Street and West Chestnut Street on April 9, 2024.
