MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Thursday, March 28, 2024.
Wallace Payton Jr., 23, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery in the 1400 block of Shawnee Drive on March 25, 2024.
Michelle West, 51, of Carterville was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle with No Valid License in the area of Chenowith Street and West Boulevard Street on March 25,2024.
Robert Rees, 52, of Herrin was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis by a Passenger in the area of Chenowith Street and West Boulevard Street on March 25, 2024.
Aaron Johnson, 43, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass to Property and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer in the 100 block of South Carbon Street on March 25, 2024.
Patrick Oliver, 57, of Avon, OH, was arrested for Obstructing Identification in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on March 26, 2024.
Patrick Black, 53, of West Bremen, KY, was arrested for Reckless Driving and Driving on a Suspended License in the 1700 block of East Main Street on March 26, 2024.
Jeremiah Ebersohl, 41, of Makanda was arrested for Criminal Trespass to Residence in the 1000 block of Highland Street on March 27, 2024.
