BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Monday, Feb. 26, 2024.
2-20-24 Alexander R. Rodman, age 32, of Marion was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield at an intersection.
2-20-24 Avery L. Grimes, age 19, of Benton was issued traffic citations for failure to wear a seat belt, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
2-20-24 Joseph E. Weidig, age 33, of Benton was arrested for battery.
2-21-24 Tyler D. Karns, age 22, of West Frankfort was arrested for violation of an order of protection.
2-24-24 Nadine R. Rogers, age 55, of Marion was arrested for domestic battery.
2-25-24 Isaac G. King, age 25,of O’Fallon, IL, was issued traffic citations for possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle and speeding.
2-25-24 Ronald T. Schuzer, age 23, of Villa Ridge, IL, was arrested for domestic battery.
2-25-24 Jordan D. Borgmann, age 28, of Waltonville was arrested for aggravated battery, obstructing a Peace Officer and disorderly conduct.
2-26-24 Bryson E. Shepard, age 51, of Benton was issued traffic citations for speeding, violation of license classification and for having a suspended registration.
2-26-24 Cheyenne B. Maceri, age 31, of Benton was arrested for violation of an order of protection.

2-20-24 Robert J. Carlton, age 54, of West Frankfort. Failure to appear for battery.
2-20-24 Rachael M. McNeely, age 36, of Christopher. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.
2-20-24 Phillip L. Calandro, age 66, of West Frankfort. Failure to appear for driving while license revoked.
2-21-24 Leslee N. Miller, age 38, of Benton. Failure to appear for unlawful possession of another’s credit/debit card.
2-21-24 John R. Powell, age 38, of Mt. Vernon. Failure to register as a sex offender.
2-22-24 Kendra R. Marvel, age 34, of Logan. Failure to appear for domestic battery.
2-23-24 Jarod W. Cobb, age 40, of Carterville. Failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.
2-23-24 Cassandra E. Beatty, age 24, of Benton. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.
2-24-24 David C. McMurray, age 26, of West Frankfort. Burglary and theft.
