CARMI – Due to billing software updates, Carmi Light and Water will be unable to take payments or look up accounts on Thursday, Jan. 25.
Staff will be in the office that day but will be limited as to what they will be able to do while the software is updating. Normal business will resume on Friday, Jan. 26.
