MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Thursday, Dec. 21, 2023.
James Davenport, 36, of Marion was arrested for Violation of Sex Offender Registration and Expired Registration on Dec. 19, 2023, in the area of East Deyoung Street.
Jeff Griffin, 48, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance on Dec. 20, 2023, in the 900 block of West Main Street.
Neil McRoy, 55, of Marion was arrested for Violation of Sex Offender Registration on Dec. 19, 2023, in the 1500 block of Morgan Avenue.
Lamarius Petty, 18, of Marion was arrested for Aggravated Assault and Aggravated Battery of a Police Officer on Dec. 19, 2023, in the 300 block of East Calvert Street.
Marlin Seigart, 38, of Marion was arrested for Violation of Sex Offender Registration of Sex Offender Registration on Dec. 19, 2023, in the 1000 block of North State Street.
Shawn McConnaughy, 32, of Carterville was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Dec. 20, 2023.
Devhuntae Petty, 28, of Marion was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis on Dec. 20, 2023, in the area of 5th Street and West Rendleman Street.
