FAIRFIELD (WMIX) – Fairfield Police arrested two residents Sunday after executing a search warrant at their home.
Officers searched the home of 59-year-old David L. Legg and 58-year-old LaDonna K. Legg of Fairfield.
Officers were investigating an incident involving unlawful videotaping and reportedly recovered a video recording device that had been concealed in a room of the home.
The Leggs allegedly removed the device and attempted to prevent the recovery of the item. Both were arrested on charges of Unauthorized Video Recording and Obstruction of Justice.
Both were taken to the Wayne County Jail pending a pre-trial release hearing. The investigation is ongoing.
