BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Monday, Nov. 20, 2023.
11-13-23 Steven N. Boner, age 39, of Zeigler was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
11-13-23 Richard A. Shively, age 47, of Zeigler was issued a traffic citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
11-14-23 Mark T. White, age 52, of Thompsonville was arrested for domestic battery.
11-16-23 Christopher C. Dawkins, age 39, of Zeigler was arrested for violation of an order of protection.
11-16-23 Brian W. Jennings, age 42, of Valier was issued a traffic citation for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.
11-17-23 Joseph B. Taylor, age 40, of Thompsonville was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
11-17-23 Jessica L. Cluck, age 40, of Benton was arrested for domestic battery.
11-18-23 David W. Richmond, age 54, of Thompsonville was issued a traffic citation for operating an uninsured vehicle.
I I-18-23 Stephen R. Bozovich, age 49, of Benton was arrested for possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle and driving while license suspended.
11-19-23 George E. Engelke, age 43, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
WARRANT ARRESTS
11-14-23 Dawn M. Gulley, age 46, of Muphysboro. Failure to appear for burglary.
