DAHLGREN – The Village of Dahlgren’s Fall Cleanup is set for Tuesday, Nov. 7.
Items must be curbside by 5 a.m.
Bags must not exceed 50 pounds. The bag area should not exceed 5x5x5. Carpet bundles can’t be longer than 4 feet and can’t exceed 50 pounds. Carpet bundles must be tied with twine or strings.
Couches, chairs, dressers, tables, bookshelves, desks, mattresses, etc. are acceptable.
Glass must be broken and placed in a small box marked “Glass.”
All nails, staples or anything sharp that is exposed must be removed to prevent injury to you and the collector.
Items that will not be accepted include construction debris/home remodel or demolition debris, loose trash, air conditioners, water heaters, concrete, tires, lead/oil based paint or varnish, batteries, fluorescent light bulbs, and electronic waste.
