BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Monday, Oct. 30, 2023.
10-23-23 Chelsea D. Yeager, age 34, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for disobeying a traffic control device.
10-23-23 Ryan T. Collins, age 25, of Harrisburg was issued a traffic citation for disobeying a traffic control device.
10-24-23 Dusty L. Smith, age 29, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
10-24-23 Daniel T. Nutt, age 40, of Sesser was arrested for violation of a no stalking order and resisting a Peace Officer.
10-24-23 Terry A. Flute, age 25, of Marion was issued a traffic citation for leaving the scene of an accident.
10-24-23 Tommy W. Black, age 26, of Salem was issued traffic citations for speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
10-25-23 Randall W. Biby, age 55, of Coello was arrested for criminal damage to property and violation of an order of protection.
10-26-23 Erik A. Coffey, age 38, of West Frankfort was arrested for aggravated battery and resisting a Peace Officer.
10-28-23 Richard J. Stroud Jr., age 20, of Benton was arrested for unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful consumption of alcohol.

10-25-23 Gary J. Dunning, age 42, of Marion. Retail theft.
