‘Deer Hunters Sight-in Day’ November 11 at WCSO Firing Range

MARION – The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office has announced that this year’s annual “Deer Hunters Sight-in Day” will take place at the sheriff’s office’s firing range on Saturday, Nov. 11. It will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. rain or shine. The firing range is located at 18567 Philadelphia Rd. in Marion.

Hunters are invited to come and sight their firearms at the range as it provides a safe and controlled environment for this activity. It is equipped with a pavilion shelter, shooting benches and sandbags. Marked distances range from 25 yards to 200 yards.

Hunters can bring shotguns, muzzleloaders, rifles and pistols to the range. The Sheriff’s Office will provide targets. Hunters may bring their own targets if they wish.
