CARBONDALE – Carbondale Police say a missing and endangered child has been found.
Police Monday said 14-year-old Brayden T. Jeffers of Carbondale was found safe at a family member’s home.
Jeffers was last seen in the 1200 block of East Grand Avenue in Carbondale around 5:20 Monday afternoon. Police said Jeffers had a condition that placed him in danger.
Police thank the public for their help in finding Jeffers.
